What is the first step in home buying?
You can start by getting pre-approved with a local mortgage lender. You'll receive realistic estimates on the price points for your budget. If you want to use cash, skip the pre-approval step.

What happens when I find my dream home?
We'll guide you in writing an offer and handle the negotiations. We'll also be present during inspections and ensure you get the best deal.
How much will it cost for representation?
You don't have to pay as we'll be compensated by the seller of the property. There are times when the property owners don't want to work with a buyer's agent. We'll find a way that doesn’t include the seller.
How much do I need to pay for down payment?
Instead of 20%, many people put down 3-5%. After you get pre-approved by a lender, you'll get more insights on your closing costs. You can also become eligible for various loans and grants. These are based on your location, income, previous military service, or if you're a new home buyer.
How much time will it take for buying a home?
Typically, it can take 30-60 days to close the deal once we find your home and get it under contract.

How should I prepare my home to be on the market?
You'll receive specific guidance to create the best, first impression on potential homebuyers. One of the best ways to do that is to highlight your home’s natural light, declutter, and easy cosmetic changes such as fresh paint and flooring and eliminating any personal touches.
Can websites accurately project my home's value?
Websites can't. Although they weigh in location and square footage, they often leave out the condition of the home, updates, and small details that aren’t found in a public document.
What will be the next steps to follow?
We would take a tour of your home and learn some of the interesting things about it and any special concerns. We'll make an initial assessment and design a customized marketing plan.

Can I control who goes in my home?
Only licensed realtors will enter the property with potential buyers. We can allow showings only on certain days and times.
